A woman is dead, after she was hit by a car in Rochester's Cobbs Hill neighborhood.
Police say they found the victim at around 4 yesterday near North Winton Road and Hillside Avenue.
She was rushed to Strong Hospital, but died a short time later.
The driver remained at the scene and has not been charged.
There's no word yet on the victim's name.
