UPDATE: Rochester police have charged a city man with second degree murder anda gun crime after a fatal shooting Sunday at a corner store on Clifford Avenue.
Police say 42-year-old Tony Brown approached 30-year-old Ali Saleh as he stood behind the counter and shot him multiple times at close range.
They believe the murder was in retaliation for a fight between Brown and an associate of Saleh's at the store earlier in the week.
Brown will be arraigned this morning in City Court.
