Rochester police now confirm a homicide on Spencer Street, near Lyell Avenue, on Rochester's northwest side.
They say they found a person with upper body trauma at around 7 this morning.
They're not disclosing what caused that trauma.
There are no arrests, and anyone with information should call 911.
