A Rochester man convicted in a violent kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman has now been sentenced to 164-years-to-life in prison....
40-year-old Michael Benjamin was found guilty last month on charges including Predatory Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, Sexual Abuse, Criminal Sexual Act, and weapons possession.
Police say he violently abducted the woman on North Clinton Avenue in May of last year, and repeatedly raped her throughout that day -- before he was arrested.
