The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has tracked down the man they say stole a $60,000 wheel loader from the Town of Henrietta on December 1st.
They've charged 46-year-old David Tallman Jr. of Henrietta with grand larceny and giving them a false name when they arrested him on Jefferson Road.
Tallman was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and turned over to pretrial supervision.
The stolen loader was found December third in the Livingston County Town of Groveland with the help of Livingston County authorities.
