2 More Indicted in Transgender Man's Murder

An Ontario County grand jury has handed up two more indictments in the brutal murder of Sam Nordquist.

State Police announced the arrests of 29-year-old Kimberly Sochia of Canandaigua and 21-year-old Thomas Eaves of Geneva last week.

Both were initially charged with 2nd-degree murder with depraved indifference.

Eaves is the son of Precious Arzuaga, one of the 5 people initially charged with Nordquist's murder.

Investigators say the transgender man was physically and sexually assaulted for a month prior to his death.

His body was found in a field in Benton, Yates County earlier this month.
