UPDATE: The man killed in a weekend hit-and-run on Rochester's northeast side has been identified as 62-year-old Jerome Blocker of Rochester.

There's still no ID on the man killed in a weekend hit-and-run on Rochester's northeast side.
Police say a man in his 60s was riding his bike at Norton Street and North Street Friday night.
That's when 51-year old Bruce Bugbee allegedly hit him with his truck and drunkenly sped away.
Bugbee was later arrested at a home in Ontario County and charged with vehicular manslaughter and aggravated DWI.
More charges are possible.
