The Wayne County Sheriff's Office has charged a Savannah man with first degree sexual abuse after an investigation into the sex abuse of a child in Wolcott.
31-year-old Joshua Spino was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a nine-year-old while he was living in Wolcott.
The sheriff's office says this happened between January of 2017 and 2018.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail.
