Wayne County Man Accused of Sexually Abusing 6-Year-Old

A Wayne County man is accused of sexually abusing a 6-year-old child.

23-year-old Richard O'Neil of Newark is charged with criminal sex act.

Deputies say the abuse started in September 2023.
