Rochester police say a man who was nearly struck by a car over the weekend at Joseph Avenue and Upper Falls Boulevard pulled out a gun and threatened the driver.
Police located 21-year-old Quamere Sykes on North Street and arrested him.
He had a 9-millimeter Glock handgun with 32 rounds.
He was arraigned and released on gun crimes.
