State Supreme Court Justice Craig Doran is stepping down.
Doran tells Bob Lonsberry he's leaving to serve as counsel for a local trucking company at the end of next month.
He was elected to the State Supreme Court in 2015, and served as an Ontario County Court judge for a decade and a half prior to that.
He also served several terms in the state Assembly.
The governor is expected to pick Doran's temporary replacement.
An election for a full term is set for this November.
