One man is dead, after a pedestrian accident in Webster.
A 69-year-old man was hit by a vehicle on Empire Boulevard, between Kirkland Drive and Penfield Road, near Wegmans and Walmart.
He was dead at the scene.
Police are not expected to charge the driver.
That portion of Empire Boulevard was closed for nearly two hours for the investigation.
