One of the people who pleaded guilty in the death of a Genesee County Deputy will serve 20 years in prison.
Michael Elmore was sentenced today on aggravated manslaughter and aggravated assault charges.
Batavia police say Elmore caused Sergeant Thomas Sanfratello's death when he fought with him at Batavia Downs in March.
The fight started when Sanfratello was escorting Lyndsey Wilcox out of the casino and she became combative.
Sanfratello had an apparent heart attack.
Wilcox will be sentenced for assault and burglary next month.
