A man and a woman are in custody, after a chase.
Rochester police say a man in his 30s and a woman in her 40s were caught in the act of burglarizing a Monroe Avenue business at around 5 this morning.
And they sped away while an officer was leaning into their stolen car to arrest them.
The two ditched the car on South Avenue, but were arrested nearby.
The officer is at the hospital with minor injuries.
There's no word yet on the charges.
