Charges are finally filed in a Rochester murder from over 3 decades ago.
Arthur Jason Junior has pleaded not guilty to 2nd-degree murder in the death of Victoria Jobson 32 years ago.
There's a second, as-yet unidentified suspect who has been arrested in Canada.
Details on that suspect have not yet been released.
Rochester Police Captain Frank Umbrino says a new investigator reinvigorated the case....
Jobson went missing in October 1992, and she was found stabbed to death in a vacant lot on Rutter Street that December.
Jason is due back in court next Tuesday.
