Part of a state gun law that banned gun owners from carrying on private property without expressed consent of property owners has been struck down.
A federal judge ruled the concealed-carry provision of the 2022 law unconstitutional.
The decision did not address the portion of the law that allows the state to ban concealed carry in "sensitive places" like parks, schools, and theaters.
The case is expected to be appealed all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
