East Rochester police have identified the man struck by a train and killed.
They say 23-year-old Noah Law was walking home from work along the tracks near the Piano Works Plaza Saturday afternoon.
He then tripped and fell onto the tracks, and then was hit by the Amtrak train carrying 135 people on their way to Toronto.
No one on the train was hurt.
