A Steuben County man is dead, after a motorcycle crash in Allegany County.
Troopers say 62-year-old James Riefer of Arkport was riding north on Route 21 in Andover Tuesday night, when his bike went off the road and crashed into a ditch.
Riefer was dead at the scene.
