Rochester police have made an arrest in the weekend shooting in the city's East End night-life district.
It happened around 1 a.m. yesterday, near Ryan Alley, near the corner of East Avenue and Alexander Street.
21-year-old Jahmere Stewart faces 2 gun crimes.
The 23-year-old shooting victim is expected to survive.
