A Rochester man will serve 40 years in prison in a pair of fatal shootings.
19-year-old Naveair Stewart pleaded guilty to two counts of 1st-degree manslaughter earlier this year in the killings of Shanye Moody and Jevonte Huff.
Prosecutors say Stewart was part of a shootout in a Holland Street parking lot in May of last year, with Moody caught in the crossfire.
He was then one of two people charged in the deadly drive-by that August.
Again, Huff was not the intended target.
Stewart's co-defendant in Huff's death, Thailea Arroyo, is still facing charges.
