Rochester police are looking for your help in arresting a man in the July shooting at Maplewood Park that killed two women and wounded five other people.
20-year-old Niger Johnson will face reckless endangerment and a gun crime.
The shooting during a community barbecue killed Phylicia Council and Tyasia Manning.
RPD Captain Frank Umbrino says proving the case is difficult.
Police have previously released photos of persons of interest, but say they now believe they've identified at least 16 people with guns in the park.
They confirm 40 to 50 rounds were fired during the shootout from at least nine guns.
