The Rochester man accused of killing a man who stole his wife's car has pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Police say 37-year-old Byron Bell Junior shot 18-year-old Ja'hod Snow in June of last year, while Snow was driving near Laser Street and Joseph Avenue.
Snow crashed into a utility pole and died at the scene.
Bell apparently was able to track the vehicle by its GPS tracking device.
Bell was originally charged with second-degree murder and 2 gun crimes.
