Rochester police have made a second arrest in a deadly shooting August 30 on Cuba Place, off Joseph Avenue.
20-year-old Timothy Brooks Junior, along with 17-year-old Raphael Marquez, is accused of shooting 39-year-old James Jackson Jr. several times, as Jackson was sitting in his car.
Jackson tried to get away, then crashed into a pole, and died later at the hospital.
Brooks and Marquez are each charged with second-degree murder.
