Two men are wounded in a shooting in Rochester's Upper Falls neighborhood.
The police union says it happened this afternoon at North Clinton Avenue and Evergreen Street.
Officers had to apply a tourniquet to one of the men.
Both victims are at the hospital, one of them has serious injuries.
There's no word of any arrests.
