A convicted felon is accused of killing another man by punching him in the head.
27-year-old Tyquan Ruther is charged with criminally negligent homicide.
Police say he attacked 42-year-old Jovan Lucas without provocation outside a Hudson Avenue barber shop August 9th.
Lucas was knocked unconscious and died of his injuries Friday.
U.S. Marshals arrested Ruther without incident.
He's a twice-convicted felon who was released from parole stemming from a weapons charge in January of last year.
He'll be arraigned in City Court tomorrow morning.
