A Rochester father who was charged in the drug-related death of his 13-month-old daughter will serve 5 1/2 to 11 years in prison.
Dillon Brito was arrested in February and was charged with manslaughter and evidence tampering.
He pleaded guilty earlier this month.
He left cocaine and fentanyl within reach of the girl, and she ingested the drugs.
Brito has prior felonies on his record, including drug and robbery charges in Genesee County.
