The former head of several Rochester non-profits -- is accused of stealing $3,000 from one of them.
Prosecutors say Anthony Hall stole property which belonged to Coalition of North East Associations, worth over $3,000, from 2018 to 2019.
Hall is also the head of Pathways to Peace.
He was also the CEO of Community Resource Collaborative, which remains under investigation for allegedly misappropriating over $1 million in COVID relief funds.
Hall is due back in court next Monday.
