A former Rochester police officer who was accused last year of exposing himself to a teenage girl will serve 10 weekends in jail and 10 years probation for raping a 13-year-old girl.
40-year-old Shawn Jordan pleaded guilty to rape and forcible touching back in March.
State Police say it happened during the summer of 2022.
Jordan was previously arrested in March of last year, after allegedly exposing himself to a 16-year-old girl in a Facebook Messenger video chat.
Jordan is still facing charges in that case.
