The Cornell student from Pittsford who admitted making violent threats toward Jewish people on campus will serve 21 months in prison.

Patrick Dai was charged with posting threats to kill another using interstate communications.

He'll also serve 3 years probation with limited internet access.

Dai threatened online to shoot up the Kosher dining hall last October after the Hamas attack on Israel.

In another post, he said he'd "slit the throat' of any Jewish men he sees on campus, and throw any Jewish woman off a cliff.

He has since been diagnosed with autism.

His attorney says the posts were a misguided attempt to encourage condemnation of Hamas.
