Authorities have made an arrest in one of last week's deadly shootings in Rochester.
U.S. Marshals last night arrested 35-year-old Timothy Patterson on Lyell Avenue.
He was booked last night on second-degree murder and a gun charge in the death of 32-year-old Alec Ojeda July 28 on Sherman Street, near Lyell.
Patterson already has two felony and five misdemeanor convictions on his record. He began five years' parole in 2020 and was granted an early discharge from parole last year.
