Two sisters are under arrest in the fire that killed 5-year-old Malakai Stovall.
21-year-old Tiakalya Hendrix and 31-year-old Taquida Hendrix are each charged with 2nd-degree murder.
Police say they spread accelerant around the Portland Avenue apartment house last month, while the boy and his babysitter were trapped inside.
Malakai died from his burns last week.
The babysitter was treated for smoke inhalation and two firefighters were also hurt.
Both suspects will be arraigned in City Court tomorrow morning.
