A Yates County man is dead, after a 1-car crash.
Deputies say it happened after 10 last night on Lakemont Himrod Road in the Town of Milo.
42-year-old Robert Bassett Junior of Dundee drove his vehicle into a tree and was dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
