A weekend shooting in Rochester's Upper Falls neighborhood has turned fatal.
Police say 17-year-old Jaden Scott was shot in the upper body Friday afternoon on Nassau Street, near Joseph Avenue.
Scott died at the hospital early this morning.
No one has been arrested.
