Prison time for another Rochester man who took a plea deal in a fatal shooting in Rochester's 19th Ward.
23-year-old Dayvon Dunbar will serve 15 years for 1st-degree manslaughter.
Prosecutors say he took part in the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Brandon McClary in June 2021 on Genesee Street, near Sawyer Street.
Co-defendant Troy Jones was sentenced to 25 years in prison last month, also for manslaughter.
A third man, Willie Shipmon, was also charged, but his murder trial ended in a mistrial because of juror misconduct.
An appellate court ruled he can't be retried because of double jeopardy.
