UPDATE: A 45-year-old Rochester man has pleaded not guilty to a murder charge for a deadly stabbing Friday night outside a gas station.
Herbert Montgomery is being held without bail, for the stabbing that killed 38-year-old Christopher Austin.
It happened during a fight in the parking lot at the corner of North Street and Clifford Avenue.
Montgomer was arrested Saturday morning.
He has two prior felony convictions and was on federal probation for a drug conspiracy conviction.
His girlfriend was arrested on charges she tried to hamper the investigation into Austin's murder.

One man is dead, after a stabbing on Rochester's northeast side.
Police say it happened late Friday night in a gas station parking lot on Clifford Avenue, near North Street.
