The man who admitted his role in a deadly Webster hit-and-run will serve 18 months to 4 years in prison.
Ryan LaDuca pleaded guilty earlier this year to leaving the scene of a fatal accident and evidence tampering.
LaDuca struck 57-year-old Pamela Rubenstein last August, as Rubenstein was riding her bike on Klem Road.
Rubenstein died two days later.
