Charges Upgraded to Murder in Fatal Barre Dirt Bike Crash

A Brockport man arrested in a fatal dirt bike crash in Orleans County is now facing a 2nd-degree murder charge.

19-year-old Noah Magee was allegedly driving the wrong way in his pickup on McNamer Road in Barre in February, when he hit 24-year-old Roger Kingdollar of Holley.

Kingdollar was dead at the scene.

Magee then allegedly sped away, but later returned to the scene, where he was arrested.

Magee was originally charged with reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a fatal accident, but DA Joe Cardone says he showed a "depraved indifference to life."

Magee pleaded not guilty to the murder charge, and is due back in court July 3rd.
