Rochester police have made an arrest in the city's latest shooting death.
Thirty-one-year-old Shayla Betances is charged with manslaughter and a weapon charge in the killing of her boyfriend.
Police say she shot 24-year-old Shaquan Woods inside a home on Thurston Road on Sunday evening.
