Rochester police are investigating a late-night shooting that wounded a man in his 20s.
It happened after 11 last night on Dewey Avenue, in the Edgerton neighborhood.
Officers gave the man first aid and applied a tourniquet.
He is at Strong Hospital and is expected to survive.
