A Canandaigua man facing a federal child pornography charge has entered a guilty plea.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Preston Herbst uploaded illicit images to Snapchat while waiting to report to prison on a previous child porn conviction.
Herbst had been sentenced to 3 years in prison, after the FBI found over 130 images of child porn, with some involving victims as young as 5.
Herbst faces up to 5 years in prison when he's sentenced in September.
