A man has been sentenced to the maximum for sexually abusing a child in Wayne County.
34-year-old David Evans will serve 25 years to life.
He was convicted of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child and Attempted Rape back in February.
Evans isn't from Wayne County, but was living in Newark at the time.
