Rochester police have charged two people in the beating of a City security guard.
It happened last night at LaGrange Park, when the guard told the people in a parked car that the park was closed, and they'd be ticketed if they didn't leave.
Police say Patricio Siaca punched the guard in the face and is charged with third-degree assault.
A woman with him, Omayra Hulsizer, allegedly hit the guard with a baseball bat and is charged with second-degree assault.
The DA asked for bail, but she was released with an appearance ticket.
The guard is out of the hospital.
Two juveniles were detained with the suspects but police don't believe they were involved in the assault.
