Rochester police have identified the man killed in a hit-and-run Friday morning.
68-year-old Billy Smith was found lying in the street shortly before 7:30 on the Driving Park Bridge near the YMCA.
Smith was dead at the scene.
Police are checking traffic cameras to locate the driver, and they're asking anyone with information to call 911.
