A 64-year-old Phelps man is in stable condition after nearly drowning while trying to cross a creek on a four-wheeler.
It happened around dinner time last night in Flint Creek, along the Ontario Pathways trail.
Sheriff's deputies say Elkannah Young lost control of his four-wheeler in the swift current.
The machine overturned and Young was thrown into the water.
He was pulled out and flown to Strong hospital, where he is in the ICU.
