The teenager charged in a homicide nearly two years ago in the East End Bar District will serve 16 years in prison.
Anthony Grimes was just 17 when he shot 24-year-old Yasier Clark to death at East Avenue and Lawrence Street, following an argument in June 2022.
Grimes was arrested in Auburn 2 months later.
Grimes pleaded guilty to manslaughter earlier this year.
He was originally charged with 2nd-degree murder and a gun crime.
