The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an apparent homicide in the town of Alabama.
Fifty-nine-year-old Michael Poole of Olcott in Niagara County was found dead on Tuesday.
He had been the subject of a missing person investigation.
The cause of death has not been released.
