A Farmington man has been convicted on charges he caused a serious crash with a stolen truck while being chased by police.
Jeffrey Dibble was found guilty of assault, grand larceny, unlawful fleeing, and other charges.
The crash happened in September 2021, after Dibble allegedly stole the truck, with an attached cattle trailer, from a farm in Livingston County.
While being pursued by police in Canandaigua, he crashed into two cars, seriously injuring a driver.
At his sentencing tomorrow, he could be designated a persistent felony offender.
