Ontario County authorities say one man is dead after a two-car crash on County Road 6 today in the Town of Geneva.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Daniel Gow of Dresden died at Geneva General Hospital after the crash.
They say the two cars approached the corner of County Road 6 and Billsboro Road from opposite directions.
Gow stopped and then tried to turn left across the path of the other car.
Deputies say the other driver, 53-year-old George Hibbs of Manchester, failed to stop for a stop sign.
Hibbs was also injured and taken to Geneva General.
