A Canandaigua man who pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges has allegedly been caught with more child porn before reporting to prison.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Preston Herbst uploaded illicit images to Snapchat.
Herbst had been sentenced to 3 years in prison, after the FBI found over 130 images of child porn, with some involving victims as young as 5.
The new charge carries a minimum of 15 years in prison.
