A Geneva man charged with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13 last month is now facing a new charge.
30-year-old Jorge Rodriguez-Merced is charged with course of sexual conduct against a child.
Police say he repeatedly abused a child over most of 2022.
Rodriguez-Merced apparently knew the victim, and police say there's no threat to the general public.
He was previously charged with predatory sexual assault.
